Cookshack 200 - Looking for opions

I would check out their new FE 120, it operates like a convection oven and gives better heat distribution than the fE 100 and will fit in a kitchen.

Okay Guys. Got the Cookshack D201 - After talking with the tech guy Cookshack he said it was pretty much a Cookshack 250 with a dehdydrator fan. Sounded like if I needed parts it won't be an issue. The previous owner had opted for the vent hood. Got it home just need to run a line for 220 plug. Can't wait to fire it up.
