Cold Weather Q

[Smoking Piney]

My wife makes fun of me when we dig out from the snow. The first area to be cleared is my cooking patio.

There's something very satisfying about rolling smoke in cold weather. :-D

I don't let it slow me down much, but my main smoker is also a Copperhead pellet smoker, so I'm already cheating quite a bit. The cold doesn't impact it much, and I only have to run outside if I need to check how close something is to being finished. I'd rather smoke than grill in the cold, because I don't have to even be outside that often.
