Coffee Steak - some nice Pr0n

Looks MITEEFINE! MANY commercial sreak rubs use ground coffee or expresso as an ingredient.
 
Chili Powder, if you get the moderate to high end stuff, can be a little overpowering if you add too much. I made that mistake when I made my last batch of sauce and used the same amount I always used before. This time the chili powder was a little higher quality and when I used the same amount as always, it came through LOUD AND CLEAR. It was so overpowering that I had to tinker with some other ingredients in order to tone it down a bit. Now, I will say, that after I jarred the sauce up and it aged a bit, it turned out to be one of the best batches I've ever done... So, I've decided to continue to use the higher grade chili powder in the same amount PLUS add the "tweaks" I did with the other ingredients because, well, because it was just damn good. That's why.
