It never ceases to amaze me the things discovered on this site. I still haven't gotten over fatties yet...and now I need to try this too.

Amen to that brother. I've been here awhile and am still learning.
The best part, is that by following the most basic of smoking/cooking rules, your "mistakes" are unnoticed by all but you. Plus, they taste great too. haha
