Chicago Deep Dish Pizza on the Golden's

Hmm, I might have to put this on my amazon wish list. That would be one ginormous pizza!

It's a beast. I use it for browning meat when I make a big batch of chili and occasionally when I need to do a final sear on a large number or big chuck of meat.

I'm originally from IL. Lou Malnati's fan. They use enough fat in the pan that it fries the crust. Wish I could replicate something close to yours that was gluten-free.
