Fillets were seasoned with Bovine Bold and espresso grounds. A GREAT combination.

You are not kidding about the espresso rubbed fillets. I had one up in Chicago and have be a believer ever since.

We need to pick up where we left of at the Royal in regards to the sattelite tv :-D
