Carne Crosta ribeye and salad ninja-son

Steak looks good to me. If anything, I like to apply a heavier coat of Carne Crosta to my steaks. You seemed to go pretty light. And as others said, you have to apply some really high heat at the end for the magic to work.

But the doneness really looks good.

Yes definitely more season next time and more sear.

I think I just froze up on this cook. Got skerd about cooking a $20 steak and came up just short. I guess it happens sometimes. Good just not up to standard.

While the steak was still good it was more medium than medium rare.
