If you put those out on a table could they be picked up on a toothpick? Or are they to tender?
You could definitely use a toothpick to eat em. They are really tender though.
I've got a customer that is insisting that we do just that for her party... Figure I'll be trimming flats for a while since I can't find them just points around here...

I was wondering the same thing - didn't seem like long enough to cook'em from raw. Sure did look, though. Brisket looked great, but the burnt ends...well, I'd eat a bucket full!
