Brisket Prices

I'm seeing a trend here. Looks like most of the Wally Worlds in the non-urban areas of the east and midwest are carrying full packers for $2.96 or $2.97/lb. My local Walmart has had them at that price for a couple of years. But I have to watch - much of the time they only have select; sometimes they have choice. The price stays the same regardless of grade.

Brisket

Costco Business Center in North Jersey has prime brisket for $3.69 & choice for $2.89 The choice briskets had a much better/thicker flats then the prime. Been buying the prime, but just might try a choice with a nice flat.
