There is a pre smoked sliced brisket selection at most if not all my local stores. Occasionally, but not often I'll buy a small package. Sadler's. Makes the best bacon and eggs. BTW Operation BBQ Relief AP is awesome on eggs

It's not going to be the same as you cook in your backyard. But definitely can fill in a gap when needed
