Small smoked (hung in Ok Joe Bronco) netted boneless Duroc Pork butt. Sliced 1/4 to 1/8 swag. Pan fried with a couple O/M eggs. Fantastic flavor, but better than bacon? Missing all those bacon additives and that’s positive.
Really good, but not better than.
