SPOGKKChili Rub

For beef I am fond of SPOG I use the following:
2oz kosher salt
2oz course ground black pepper
1oz course garlic
1oz course onion
1oz ground chipotle chili powder (when I am looking for a bit of heat)

Just used this but substituted Kevin Kruger's Chili Powder (from TVWBB).
