Beef Short Ribs and Sweet Potato Fries (lots of pics)

Fabulous! I usually like the cinnamon on the fries myself, but salt is good too. With those ribs there I wouldn't be eating any fries anyway.

Thanks Garyclaw! That little machine sure can cook, and it's so easy to use! It has convinced me that it's time to join the growing ranks of UDS owners. I'll build a full sized one this winter for sure!
 
OK Mr. Bob. You've just about convinced me to try short ribs again. I seem to have a curse about cooking them but I haven't tried since getting a smoker. Those look perfect!
 
That is a wicked nice looking dinner. How long did the SR cook to get to the 185 degree?
