Hers is my entry for I got a Bone to Pick With You! I chose T-Bone Steak, double baked potato and some fresh salad with chunky Blu-Cheese dressing.

So the first shot everything ready for the grill.

Steak and taters cooking nicely on the grill....:thumb:

Steak plated with some melting butter and the addition of fresh garden chives to the salad. This is my Official Entry

Smoked Beef Shortrib, melted onions, cherry shiitake reduction, beet green and fresh sweet corn slaw with a beet rib mostarda.

1/2 rack rubbed with a combo of curry powder, thyme, garlic powder and brown sugar.

Onto the WSM at 275-300 with cherry chunks

ready for the mustard sauce
