BBQ Brethren "Fusion" Throwdown! (Entries and Quality *CLEAN* Discussion Only)

Here's my entry

Bún thịt nướng is a Vietnames rice vermicelli salad with roasted meat, herbs, greens, pickled vegetables and a sweet and sour garlicy dressing. I fuzed my Vietnamese salad with American freezer pulled pork and smoked chicken breast. The pork was in large chunks, it was tossed in sauce, put in a foil pan and smoked uncovered for a half hour and covered for a half hour. The chix were sliced, tossed with a peanut sauce, skewered and charred over the flame.

I did a trial run on my entry last night and I need to pickup a few more things and make a few changes but I should have one maybe tomorrow?

I had an entry last night, I think, maybe not. No pics so it must not have happened :tsk:

Bún thịt nướng is my favorite new phrase I can't pronounce but the food sure looks good. :hungry:

The centrifuges are still running. These things take time, gheesh.
I am having serious problems getting the Supercollider jump started. I've tried match light in the chimney, looking to find fatalis for help in getting it started.

Now there's an inspired entry! Really, Dave, that bowl looks like something I could expect to see at a fine dining restaurant. How much did you enjoy it?

Hey man don't mock me. I saw those Korean style short ribs you fixed up Mexican style. That was off the chain. :cheer2::rockon::hungry:

My Entry: BBQ Sushi

I decided to try something a little different for this TD. After trying to figure out what the heck fusion was, I came up with merging BBQ with Sushi. The result was something a little weird but also very tasty! Please accept this picture as my official entry photo.
