ok.. not fair.. I jsut got real hungry.
heres a variation of it. Got it from Dave Klose.
Pound the tenders out a little bit so they can be rolled.
Get some cleaned #16-20 Shrimps... (one for one chicken and shrimp, or chunks of crab meat can be used instead of shrimp.)
Marinade the chicken and shrimp in coke and red wine with garlic and a little cayenne(or cajun seasoning).
Wrap the chicken around the shrimp then the bacon around the chicken. Sprinkle with Cayenne, or cajun seasoning.
Cook just like u did.
(side note, I like them best with turkey bacon. Cooks faster and doesnt shrink as much).
