I had some time over the long weekend to cook so I decided to do some Baby Back Ribs 3 ways.
While researching for the Back Rib Throwdown, I stumbled across Stuffed Ribs. It looked interesting so I thought I try it. Also did the standard BBQ Ribs and an Asian Teriyaki marinaded Rack.

Fired up the Kettle and got the ribs going Hot and Fast. Tried to keep it between 300-325, and they took a little over 2.5 hrs.

Thanks for looking.
The stuffed ribs were just okay. Im glad I tried it, but in the future will keep them separate and not stuff them. I wanted to cook them low and slow to the point where you could pull the bone out, then fill the cavity with something but couldn't come up with a decent filling.
