I’ve been wanting to do some Asian ribs and saw a pretty good looking recipe from ThermoWorks so I’m trying a spin on that today. I really like Dizzy Pig, but wanted some color so I sprayed with Duck Fat and added a layer of paprika.

The glaze idea on top of the rest of the flavors has my attention.

Any chance you've got bigger photos to throw at us?

Hoping they were a big hit 'round your place!
