Anniversary Brisket.

I have had 2 years with the BBQ Brethren so I decided it was brisket time.:p

I got an Angus brisket that was 8 pounds.

I am giving Bovine Bold from Plowboys a try this time. I layered it on letting it soak in to get a thick bark.

And of course it is going to be on some high heat from the drum.

It is in the stall right now so I should have some more pics after a while.
