It was a huge success. Bovine Bold is our new 'Go To" rub for Comp brisket. Todd really knows what he's doing. I think I ate about 3/4lb of brisket..I'm stuffed.Excellent looking brisket, Wyatt! You should be proud! Did it taste as good as it looks?
