You think the brisket might look familiar? It was only a short walk from your FE to his site you know.....36 hr. cook....should have been nice and tender and had plenty of time to develop a lot of flavor.:wink:
 
Nice videos. I like the "layers upon layers" that you reference, so I'm trying a few new things with my pork now. Thanks for the inspiration. :cool:
