I think they're saying "no such thing as a L/O ABT!

Guys forgot to mention those are "sweet potato" frues I can't get them to get really crispy, I even dusted them with cornstarch...the regular fries came out great being cooked twice...blanched @ 325*, than 375* to finish off.
