Knows what a fatty is.
On Saturday I decided to do a ribeye steak and use up the grill a little by cooking some chicken with a new rub I got. I marinaded the chick in a combo of soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The ribeye had some carne crosta seasoning.
Results were great, a fantastic ribeye cooked medium rare and 3 sandwiches worth of chicken for work.
Earlier in the week I cooked up a sirloin steak with king prawns. I served it with peas, carrots and a red wine gravy. Probably one of my favourite combos to grill.
