Congrats Vinny! The cooking with a Spicewine smoker is fun. I get to see most of the smokers before they leave Spice's shop, they all look great. You can't go wrong on the color.

Just an FYI... do not use a propane weed burner to clean the grates... you'll be ordering new ones from Jay in less than 3 months. :redface: The rest it works great on though. :wink:
