Wasn't sure what to call this.
Brethren Inthewoods so kindly shared this recipe recently and I wanted to give it a try.
Visited my favorite tortilla lady, picked up some fresh ones. I didn't have time to make my own.

The quesadilla was insanely good! lol The chili cheese chips, crisp chicken skin and bacon added a nice crunch.
I had thought about cooking it in a smoker but the smoked chicken had enough flavor, I didn't need to.
Thanks again to Inthewoods for sharing the recipe. I'll be making this again in the future!
I was able to divide the quesadilla into several portions, wrap and freeze them for future, quick meals.

Thanks for looking!

Really good looking eats there...

I will sub the bacon with some home made charizo sausage..

Nice job on the pictures as usual...

That looks great, need to give that a try.:clap2:

Thank you Boomer! :-D

Zippy, your chorizo would be great in this. I bet you could put both that and bacon in it. lol Thanks! :-D

Count me in.

Heck, I think I would be happy with just the fried skin. :icon_blush::icon_blush:

lol Me too Joe! Fried skin is addicting. Thanks! :-D

Food fit for a queen or a cowgirl! Outstanding again!
