A Hickory Smoked Meatball Snack

One of those finger food nights. :grin:
I like smoked meatballs but rarely take the time to make them.
These were for an easy, finger food snack night with friends.

I made a meatloaf recipe...

Into the drum til done.

Cooked and drained some pasta shells...

added a dab of sauce...

and cheese.... then under the broiler til hot and bubbly...

They went over well with friends. We pretty much snacked and enjoyed cold beverages that evening. :-D

I'll make these again in the future.

What a unique way of presentation for meatballs. Bravo! I never would have thought about placing them into large shells.
