In honor of my area in the beautiful state of New Jersey setting a new record low temp yesterday morning, I felt it my civic duty to smoke some meatloaf :mrgreen::mrgreen:
Some 80/20 mixed with mustard, bread crumbs, ketchup, BBQ sauce, onions and some rub. Into the kettle for about an hour and a half with some oak.
I actually got a late start as you can see on my thermometer...and I still can't feel my fingers as of this morning.....:mrgreen::mrgreen:
