Are you guys doing the people's choice? I was told this week that they would be giving us pork, brisket, chicken drumsticks, and ribs (instead of the turkey they originally planned), and they'll have 1500lbs total.

Are there any how-to's on adding pontoons to my smoker? It's gonna be a wet one! We're gonna be using some good MacGyver techniques to try to stay dry, haha.
