14th Annual Uniquely Union Invitational

This is The South Carolina Barbeque Association first year to judge this event. For the last 13 years it has been a KCBS event, but due to economic times as they are they decided to go with the SCBA.
They will have an anything but pork and desert categories on Friday night open to the public around 6:00 PM. You can get some very unusual dishes at these.
I believe that barbecue will be available to the public on Saturday starting at 11:00AM.
The SCBA judging starts at 11:30AM and will be completed by around 2:00PM.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for 3:00PM.
This event will be held at the Union County Fair Grounds on Hwy.176 near Wal-Mart.
They expect to have 20 plus teams competing in this event.
