007 Rotisserie Bone In Shoulder CSR's & Potato Skins!

In progress... Meijer had the shoulder cut bone in CSR's and I had to say YES to that! Potato skins seemed like a good compliment so here we go. All is rolling over the fire except the skins will go on the grate later.

Low and Slow cook....when close to probe tender the skins are hitting the grill and the cider based glaze is getting basted on the CSR's.

Pig Honey is flowing now....A little piece got snagged off (sorry!)

Ribs are glazed and skins or on...planning is coming together. :-D

I really think the spinning rig was the real trick today, I was just trying to get creative on different ways to spin meats like this ....Yes that cooker is something else. Definitely one of the best thoughts that ever came out of my brain. lol

If you have a Meijer they have these $15 SS mesh baskets...Very nice IMO! It will come in handy for lots of things like peppers too I'm thinking.
