Found a good deal on a couple of sirloin pork roasts and decided to see how they'd do spinning this way with no spit. Just used some Bad Byrons Butt rub and cooked around 350*-500* over the fire. Yum! Definitely pleased with the result.

In progress... Meijer had the shoulder cut bone in CSR's and I had to say YES to that! Potato skins seemed like a good compliment so here we go. All is rolling over the fire except the skins will go on the grate later.
