Hey guys, so here's another item that I can now scratch off my bucket-list. "Steak with marrow". It might not be the prettiest cut of steak but it was quite nice and the marrow stepped it up a couple notches! Was very simple:
I got a couple strip loins and seasoned them with my beef rub and threw them on the grill with the marrow already smoking away. Served it all up with some mashed potatoes:
The marrow brought a whole new depth to the steak! Just wanna get me a case of some USDA steaks now... :thumb:
