The pizzas of late have been off the charts with my new Super Peel, the most indispensable pizza tool I've owned(along with the Blackstone, of course!). Basically, it's a metal peel with a cloth covering that acts as a conveyor and allows you to slide the pizza onto your cooking surface completely intact, without shifting and moving of ingredients. This really comes in handy with pies that are heavy on toppings or on the larger side.

Some of you might gasp that I used raw sausage on the pizza, but with the Blackstone, the heat gets so high the sausage cooks perfectly, and is super moist, unlike precooked sausage, which can be dry.
