I fired the smoker up at 5:30 a.m. Saturday morning and by 6 I was smoking. Everything came out absolutely wonderful. I had a few guinea pigs over and they are already asking for more.

It looks great!!!!! After a few more smokes you should get rid of the gasser
Looks like a great cook you should be proud of. Look through this site for smoking with other fuel sources for real bbq flavor and adapt what you are doing. Nothin like real wood and real fire flavor. Keep us posted on you cooks. Glad you had a good time.
 
You guys are a hoot. I may branch out to wood one day (no pun intended), but for now I'm sticking with gas..:-D:icon_devil
