Nice work, looks great! I have that smoker, I added a vent in the side and a charcoal pan and it runs well off charcoal with sand in the water pan.
 
I never thought much about gas smokers, figured that it was crap, will the pron really shocked me, I will give gas smokers a new respect. excellent looking grub, nice rings!

:lol: My wife did a double take when I was typing that out because we do have some guinea fowl running around the yard. She saw the word guinea and thought I was referring to them. :shock:
 
Good looking eats - you have to be careful though - those guinea pigs tend to keep wanting to be fed - expensive pets....
