Ironically, I just made a cheap prime grade cut London Broil ($4/lb) on a gasser using Golden Corral's special seasoning. ( hint, its pure white/yellow ) taste like it came off a flamed lump charcoal grill.


I only saved the package after i grilled it. It was from frozen.

That looks great. Did you marinate it? Every London Broil I've done has been like shoe leather.

No marinade. Just used a Jaccard on both sides and sprinkled it with my steak seasoning blend and let it rest in the fridge for an hour. Then grilled till 125F then wrapped in tin foil till carry over brought it to 130F.
