With the time, money and effort you had going in to that cook, I am happy to see that the results appear to be well worth it!! It looks like you nailed everything, and no doubt, you have dozens of salivating brethren that would love to sit down to some of that.

Doesn't get any better than that, Sako. Simply outstanding!

We need to get together soon and do some cooking - it's been too long! I've got a new chicken method I've been working on the past few months I think I've perfected I want you to try.

Haven't been to Valentino's, but I know I would rather eat at Casa Del Sako. It is all killer, but :thumb: on the bread. Makes me want a sandwich, and some french toast.

I'm not sure Texas can top this cook Sako, those shorties are perfectly rendered great job.

Black Canyon brand briskets are some of my favorite briskets to cook. I’ve only ever found their beef at Sam’s, and only brisket. I found a whole untrimmed beef tenderloin in the bin on Friday and snagged it. Just as satisfying as their briskets. :thumb:

Looks like your results with their products are similarly amazing :thumb: hoping to find some more of their stuff.

Thanks Ron!

The stick burner never failed me. Consistent and amazing each time. A little work but we'll worth it. Like I've said (actually many) no better bbq than stick burner q. Simply superior.

Sako - You got Ed to say "Dang Good." Circle the date on a calendar.

Wow. That's all I've got. Damn, that looks frickin' good. I see really good leftovers 'round your place for a few days!

:laugh::laugh:

Thanks Marc! Ive got great lunch for a few days at least.

Wow, Sako! You had a great bbq. That is some great looking ribs two ways!

Thanks Jeremy!

Thanks Richard! I agree. It's been far too long. Sounds really good. I've been toying with chicken a lot lately also. Didn't do a lot of chicken before but I've been liking it lately. Of course nice always loved wings.

Thanks Josh! The bread was the second time I tried. I had loaf pans so I said screw it and tossed in the dough. Came out pretty good .

Absolutely agreed! If I don't cook prime it's almost always Black Canyon choice.

Thanks Bill!

That's how my Grandma taught me, and I have never had a problem. Even if it doesn't turn out perfect, bad homemade bread is always good.

Incredible cook there, Sako! Really enjoyed going to Valentina's with you and would love a couple of those tacos.

Looks double nommy, Neighbor!
When are you going to open that restaurant?

Soooooooo..... you're saying you miss us already Sako?

That's a cook you can be proud of. Oh, and if you can figure out how to bottle up that Central TX BBQ smell, you can bottle it and become a zillionaire...
