Trying to recreate some TX Q. Wasn't really huge fan of Tex-Mex until I hit Valentina's in Ausitn and had the tacos. Oh my!!!! :twitch:

So...........I'm doing Tex-Mex Q and putting my twist on it. Dug in my fridge and found some short ribs I scored a while back

Stay tuned!!!

Stay tuned? I'm staying till you kick me out! :hungry:

I did not know they had racks of shorties at Costco - love that!

My oldest young 'un is smoking his first shorties (or anything for that matter) today in the WSM I found by the road & gave to him. They're cross cut & he's did a Korean marinade, so should be interesting & most likely delicious.

Anyway - looking forward to this and you're kinda making me want to get off my arse and score something to smoke!

Great start, Sako. Glad you could make the trek to TX and that you've some new ideas to try.

Oh, you know we will!

Thank Marc! Absolutely! Man, I had ideas but honestly when you see things in motion it makes the wheels really turn.

That is some fine looking meat Sako!

Thanks brother Marty! Heard some great things about you while I was in TX. I mean I never doubted it. :thumb:

Oh yeah! Costco biz - I actually already knew that and have bought 'em there! Forgetting chit is getting to be my superpower.
But the sitting on my ass is going pretty well. :thumb:
