Fairly quick and easy. Smoked rice and salmon has always been one of my favorite meals. The addition of smoke in the pizza oven worked out well for me. I'll be doin' it again.

Thanks for looking!

That salmon dinner looks just great! And now I've been introduced to smoked wild rice. Super creative use of the Blackstone patio oven

Thank you Robert! Rice really takes on smoke nicely. It's one of my favorites.
I love the oven but sort of wish it were wood fired. The pellets helped me get the flavor I was after. Hope you give it a try! Thanks again..

Jeanie, looks great!! :clap2::clap2: I don't use my Blackstone oven nearly enough (for pizza or otherwise!)...gotta change that, I'm inspired!

Thanks Keith! They're handy little ovens, aren't they? :-D

Well, Jeanie, I'll admit that I would have done it a little different....I would left it all in the pan and ate it straight out of there!

That is lovely and lt looks pretty dang healthy too!

What temp was the Blackstone running at?

lol It was tempting Greg! :-D
I kept it around 375F. Didn't take long.
Thanks!

Jeanie,
If I could lean forward, I would probably be licking the screen. That looks crazy great.
I'm kinda sad though. I grilled some salmon a couple of nights ago and it was NOTHING like your dish. I feel like I need a time out or something! :)
Blessings!
