Scot Kee spent the majority of the day Saturday making sure that keg ended up empty instead of minding his pit and they got a 709... Coincidence? Or were Rocky and Bailey trying to keep him out of the way?

The Meat
we select the meat and weigh each meat twice and insure a balanced box. It is then audited and each box photographed.

I'm sure everyone recognizes Tim on the left, he is assistant cook of Shake&Bake, owner of Gateway Drums, owner of Blues Hog?

The small fella on the right is Joe Pearce cook for SLAPs competition team and owner of SLAPs(Squeal like A Pig) BBQ. If you get to KC,KS stop in and eat at his place, prolly one of the best kept secrets of quality BBQ in the country....and I can Guarantee you he wasn't sharing those dogs with Tim.
