Nothing quite warms the cockles like a breaded fried pork chop, and this dish it's served with a sweet spicy Japanese beef cheek curry and shredded cabbage.
Some gorgeous pickles do not go amiss either! The mustard is a hot spicy one, here I used 'HOT ENGLISH' which the Japanese mustard is based upon.
I give y'all, Ton~Katsu Kare!

Way to warm the cockles Buccas!
You know it's winter here, and while it doesn't get as cold as it does in most of the USA we still feel our cockles are too cold!:rain:
After a great curry, I can feel the sweat dripping from my (88)...skeet skeet!:biggrin1:
Looks pretty, but you don't think you are going to get off that easy and not share a recipe, do you?
