Japanese Pork Roll

Hide-Katsu Roll; a pork filet in panko , fried.

Layed on a buttered fresh bread roll with finely shredded cabbage and mayo, karashi(Japanese hot mustard) and drizzled with Tonkatsu fruity sauce.

You're on the money Phubesie, after 3 years of extended warranty and 200 plus days with the camera away being repaired, the retailer finally agreed I would be nuts to accept it back 'repaired' for the 4th time but not under warranty.
They gave me a credit so I got another make.
Now I have to figure out how to use it.:mmph:
