Intake vents. 4 of them.

Thats enough for one night. Elbows tomorrow?

Got a load of wood delivered tonight.

Note to self: dont buy wood from shady characters off of Craigslist after dark.

Time to put the bird barrel to its real purpose. Lets do some cooking.

Yardbird tied, mayo'ed, and seasoned with tony Cs

Weige is eyeing the chicken.

Progress

After the rest

After i get around to finishing the intakes i can build the fire basket with the expanded metal i picked up the other day.

So far this has been a pretty fun build.

New mod

Back at it.

Introducing the Turkey Mod

This was part of a post thanksgiving dinner for some family. Besides the bird we made homemade stuffing (first ever), mac & cheese, mashed taters, tater salad, cranberries, carrots, gravy and 2 kinds of pie. Everything was homemade as best we could.

Sorry it's not working out for you Steve. I hope next years will be better and the other food today partially made up for the turkey!

Well, I'd eat that bird any day of the week.

Looks to me like your roto ring in smaller in diameter then your drum, or is it just optics! If it is real, that's something we could fix with another enhancement or two:wink:
