I see he is out of Wisconsin. Seems like I saw pics of his build before but can't place it. He did a great job! :thumb:

Mine cost a lot less than 300 but I had most of the materials on hand from another project. I needed something big enough to hold 2 pigs worth of hams and bacons at a time. It's worked out great for me.

It is all wood. You don't need to line it.
