Just thought I'd share a pic from a catering gig today. It's an appetizer platter of Pig Candy, Garlic grilled Shrimp and MOINK Balls.

Looks good - how are you serving these? Wait staff or self serve? What kind of gig stand up or sit down?
If stand up/ cocktail party type thing, the shrimp and Pig Candy might (for some folks) require a fork, which makes things a little more complicated.
 
Looks like a BluDawg sized appetizer for 1, The only thing missing is a liter of IPA to wash it all down:becky:
