I can feel my arteries clogging as I read thru this thread. :p

But who cares. I'd rather die by great beef burgers than live on veggie burgers.
 
Some burgers done indirect on the smokey joe today, kept it simple just ground beef, onion and garlic.

Well, since there's no limit to the number of entries, I've got my second burger all set. Here's my bite-on-a-fork burger:

Again, these little buns are perfect!

This is the mostest amazingest entry I've ever seen! That fork really ties all the ingredients together and I'm sure it adds amazing flavor. :becky:
 
A grilled half pound patty of ground Charles, medium rare, topped with bacon, Cherokee purple tomato, sweet onion, 3 cheeses(mozz, ched, and prov), zesty dill, Wickles pepper mix, and Yellow mustard, in a grilled pumpernickel bun.
