Anything but entry

What do you guys turn in for an anything but contest entry? I always struggle with what to turn in. Any winning ideas?

I haven't won anything but dessert normally scores the best and Chocolate normally scores the best of the desserts if that helps any.

All Hogs go to heaven has been killing here on the west coast with Pork chops.

I don't normally participate in the anything but category, but I think my
Rattlesnake Tails might fare well.

In short, these are Anaheim peppers stuffed with a combination of ground
turkey and spicy pork sausage, wrapped in bacon, smoked, then glazed
with a mixture of barbecue sauce, honey and butter. They are sticky
sweet, with just a touch of spicy goodness.

I was wondering how a traditional turkey dinner might work. It is something I am pretty good at and enjoy cooking. Doesn't take that long to cook and have not heard of anyone else doing it.
