Started By curing some Steelhead:

I just notied your plate Gary! I love it!

I"m tellin ya ya Boat, those Steelhead can be good when handled properly.

I agree! I make stuffed steelhead once in a while when I get a nice one around 8 pounds or so. I clean the fish including the head, coat the inside with herbs, salt and pepper then stuff it with mushroom and onion rice pilaf and some butter then wrap the whole thing in foil and cook it indirect on the grill until the fish is done and the rice is hot. Very good!

Master and I prepared a typical weekend breakfast. Master made some bread that I grilled to make toast. The steak and eggs rest on a bed of grated potatoes.

Gore? Nothing molded out of bacon? I expected a replica of a chicken or something like that :-D

Nice breakast, bro!

Here is my entry, though I think it pales in comparrison to some already entered. It was fun though...

Oh sure... Now I have to drool over it three times! :-D

Chipotle Fiesta Omelette...

Mixed a couple of finley chopped chipotles and about one tbs of half and half in with the eggs and from there it was some chopped onion, mater, cilantro, pepperoni, and japs on the inside along with LOTS of cheese. A cup o' joe and some dark rye with buddddda and orange marmalade.
Good stuff. Sure was nice to be outside on a crispt morning drinking a cup of coffee, hearing the back neighbor running his leaf blower  and drowning out the sound of the birds chirping. Actually, he's getting ready for the playoff games later on.

Then onto the griddle. Egg was 400. Took about 2-3 min each side.

Man, there are some fantastic looking entries. Makes mine look pretty lame. Just a plain old American Breakfast.

Started with a Pork Chop, Eggs, Hash-browns and Bread.

Tried something new today... I cooked a JD Maple fatty in the Egg and let it cool. Then I chopped it and also chopped some red and green bell pepper, red onions and plum tomatoes. I preheated my 12" cast iron pan in the Egg at 375 and sauted the chopped fatty and veggies for 10 minutes or so. Then I poured in a mixture of 10 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup milk, one cup of shredded cheddar and jack cheese and herbs and cooked it until the eggs were set and the top was browned (about an hour). I served it with hash browns.
