Default Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders

These make a great dinner or cut into pieces for appetizers, serve with dippin' sauces on the side.

tenders sprinkled with rub

wrapped in bacon and seasoned with a little more rub

tender in the smoker using pecan and apple wood for smoke

out of the smoker and onto a hot grill to crisp the bacon

batch of potato salad to go with the tenders

ready to serve

I think I'll eat now.

They were in the smoker at 230* for around 1 1/2 hours. Then on to the grill just long enough to crisp the bacon.
