Default Another lucky chuckie....

I picked up a 3.25lb chuck roast that I rubbed down last night & wrapped up.

Rubbed with Harry Soo's Slap Yo Daddy Hot Meat rub.

Put her on the 225 degree grill at noon today.






Waited until it was climbing out of the stall and placed in this pan of onions, carrots and red potatoes. Right on top and foiled it tightly.





I opened up and started probing with a wooden skewer at 200 internal.



She was tender all over at 206 internal.



Let her rest 45 minutes when everyone demanded to be fed.



It chipped apart with ease and really tasted great.











I'm hoping its a lucky chucky. I want the wife to be agreeable tonight!
